Return & Replacement Policy

INTRODUCTION
At JANTODEC PRIVATE LIMITED, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. This policy explains how returns and replacements work on our website.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We offer a 7-day return or replacement on eligible products from the date of delivery in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product
- Size mismatch (only where applicable)
- Product does not match description or images
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or replaced:
- Socks
- Stockings
- Dupatta
- Scarf
- Innerwear & hygiene-sensitive items
- Products marked as “Non-returnable”
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Have all original tags and packaging
- Include all accessories
- Pass quality check
Returns may be rejected if:
- Product is used or washed
- Product is damaged after delivery
- Tags or packaging are missing
- Incorrect proof is submitted
- Request is raised after 7 days
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Follow these steps:
My Account → Orders → Select Order → Request Return / Replace
Upload images/video (mandatory for damage claims) and submit the request.
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.
4. RETURN PICKUP
- Courier pickup will be arranged after approval
- Pickup will be attempted 2–3 times
- Product must be packed properly
If pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship.
5. REPLACEMENT POLICY
Replacements are subject to:
- Product availability
- Successful quality check
If the same product is not available, we may provide store credit or an alternative resolution at our discretion.
6. ORDER CANCELLATION
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipment
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
For misuse of COD (fake orders or refusal), future COD access may be restricted.
7. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or tampered product:
- Record a full parcel opening video (mandatory)
- Raise a return request within 24 hours
This helps in faster resolution.
8. EXCHANGE POLICY
We currently offer replacement only and do not support direct size exchange.
Customers may return the product and place a new order for the correct size (if available).
