We deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India through trusted courier partners such as:

  • BlueDart
  • DTDC
  • XpressBees
  • Other logistics partners

If your pin code is serviceable, shipping options will be available at checkout.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days
  • Processing may take longer during sales, festivals, or high-demand periods

Once your order is packed, you will receive confirmation via SMS/Email.


3. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
  • Other Cities: 5–7 working days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen conditions.


4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges depend on order value and location
  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or offers
  • Final charges will be shown at checkout

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email
  • You can also track via:
    My Account → Orders → Track Order

Tracking updates may take some time to reflect.


6. DELAYED ORDERS

Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays or festivals
  • Incorrect address details

If your order is delayed, contact our support team for assistance.


7. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

  • Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times
  • If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us

In such cases, we will contact you for re-shipment.


8. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your details are correct:

  • Full address
  • Correct pin code
  • Active mobile number

We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect details.

Address changes are allowed only before dispatch.


9. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PARCELS

If your parcel is damaged or tampered:

  • Do NOT accept the parcel
  • Record a parcel opening video
  • Contact us within 24 hours

This helps us resolve issues quickly.


10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Orders are delivered only within India.
